Delete your Windrow account

Windrow, by Windrow Farm & Ranch (app ID com.inferno45.windrow).

Option 1: in the app

1. Open Windrow and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.

Option 2: by email

Email support@agrios.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Windrow account”. We confirm the request and finish within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, name, and email address, and your sign-in.
• Your fields, notes, equipment, and other records tied to your account.
• Your farm memberships, and any farm you own that no one else uses, with its harvest, herd, chute, feed, task, and finance records.
• Your purchase records.

What may be kept

• If you own a farm that other people still use, the app asks you to remove them or hand the farm over first, so their records are not lost.
• Hosting backups roll off within 30 days.
• Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account first so you are not charged again.
