By creating an account or using Windrow you agree to these terms.
The service
Windrow is a record-keeping and planning tool for farms and ranches. It is not agronomic, veterinary, financial, or legal advice. Market prices are delayed and are not cash bids. Decisions remain yours.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite to your farm.
Your data
You own the farm records you enter. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Windrow for you. See the Privacy Policy.
Plans and subscriptions
- Seed is free. Sprout, Harvest, the Farm OS bundles, and the Livestock add-on are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Restore Purchases on the Plans screen re-applies an active subscription on a new device.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app at Settings > Delete account, or by emailing support@agrios.app. See Delete your account. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access other people’s data, or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimer and liability
Windrow is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including crop, livestock, or market losses.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Windrow means you accept the updated terms.
