Privacy Policy

Windrow (“we”) makes farm and ranch software for iPhone, Android, and the web at launch.agrios.app. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us run the service, and how to delete your data. We do not sell personal information and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
What we collect
- Email address, to create and secure your account and to contact you about it.
- Name, shown to people on your farm.
- User ID, an internal identifier that links your records to your account.
- Precise location, only when you allow it, to center the map and place field boundaries. We do not track your location in the background.
- Farm records you enter: fields and boundaries, notes, planting logs, tasks, equipment and maintenance, harvest entries, herd, chute and feed logs, buildings, and finance entries.
- Purchase records: the store, product, purchase date, expiry, and transaction ID of any subscription, so we can unlock the features you paid for. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Google, never by us.
- Optional connectivity leads, if you ask about rural internet options in the app.
- Technical logs that our hosting providers keep to run and secure the service.
All of this is used only to provide the app’s features. None of it is used for advertising or tracking.
Who helps us run Windrow
- Supabase: database, sign-in, and hosting.
- Apple App Store and Google Play: subscriptions and billing.
- Google Maps Platform and LocationIQ: maps, places, and address lookup.
- Open-Meteo: weather for your farm’s location.
- Copernicus Sentinel Hub: satellite imagery for your field boundaries.
- OpenAI: answers to questions you send to Silo and imagery analysis you request. Only the content of those requests is sent.
- Yahoo Finance: delayed market prices. No personal data is sent.
Sharing on your farm
Records you add to a farm are visible to approved members of that farm, according to their role.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, your records, any farm you own that no one else uses, and your sign-in are deleted right away. Backups held by our hosting provider roll off within 30 days.
Delete your account
- In the app: Settings > Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
- By email: write to support@agrios.app from the email on your account. We confirm and finish within 30 days.
See Delete your account for details. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that in your store account.
Your choices
You can turn off location access in your device settings, export your data from Settings, and ask us for a copy or correction of your data at any time.
Children
Windrow is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes.
